ZR gear ratios

Can somebody please give me the gear ratios for the ZR range along with final drive, I want to use the internals on may saxo mod saloon racer, I have been informed by a fellow competitor that the clusters and final drive will fit and can be transfered, i beleive somebody raced a saxo with these clusters in last yera. I need a longer final drive than currently available by citroen/pug.

Should all swap over ok, you need the R65 box which is an improved version of the PSA MA box, this was fitted to ZR 105 all the 1.8 and 2.0d use the PG1 box which is completely different.

do you know whether this box will bolt up as a direct replacement to the saxo bell housing or is it a case of just swapping the desired gears and F/D?

Not sure if the PSA bell housing will attach to the R65 main case, certainly the internals swap over and the bell housing is obviously different meaning it will need a strip and swap of diff etc meaning everything has to come out anyway so probably no advantage in keeping the R65 main case over the PSA casting. At least you know the mating faces are matched between the bell housing and the main case if you keep all from one box.
